Explain the final document and intended order while keeping envelope creation separate from actual signing.
No signer account required
BL Sign’s public flow does not require the signer to create an account. The sender should still confirm the intended recipient and document before starting the workflow.
Consent and action
The workflow includes consent and a signing record. Each intended participant needs to review the actual document and complete the relevant actions. A link being issued or delivered is not proof of a completed signature.
Confirm the outcome
Read the actual envelope state and preserve the completed artifacts. If the result is unclear, inspect the record before creating another envelope for the same document.
