Plan sequential signing
Choose the intended signer order and verify completion against the actual envelope record.
Write the sequence first
BL Sign supports up to eight sequential signers. Decide which person should act first and which later participant depends on that step. Confirm recipient details before creating an envelope.
Explain the document
Give each participant the final document context through the appropriate agreed channel. A signing invitation is not proof that the person has opened or completed the document.
Read the record
Use the actual envelope and signing record to establish which actions occurred. Preserve the completed PDF and certificate when the workflow completes.
