Plan within free envelope limits
Use the published daily allowance, file limit and signer limit when preparing a signing workflow.
Current public limits
The free offer lists three envelopes per day. PDFs may be up to 15 MB and an envelope may include up to eight sequential signers. Check the current product page for any changes before preparing a batch.
Reduce avoidable rework
Review the final PDF, signer details and sequence before creating the envelope. Keep draft revisions outside the active signing process so the intended version is clear.
Track real completion
Count actual completed documents separately from created envelopes and invitations. Retain the final PDF and completion evidence for each finished workflow.
